How You’ll Make an Impact:
As Senior Finance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading our U.S. financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), manage key performance reporting, support cross-functional business initiatives, and contribute to the financial health and scalability of our fast-growing U.S. business.

This hybrid role is based in Houston, Texas with limited travel.
Responsibilities (A Day in the Life):
- Lead the financial planning process, budgeting cycles, and forecasting models in alignment with global and U.S. business goals.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and deliver executive-level insights to the group CFO and leadership team.
- Analyze key financial metrics, trends, and risks to help inform strategic decisions across departments.
- Partner with business unit leaders and department heads on financial performance reviews, resource allocation, and investment planning.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Lead initiatives in financial system upgrades, automation, and process improvement.
- Support due diligence, pricing strategy, and integration planning for new service lines or partnerships.
- Coordinate with international teams on consolidated reporting and financial communications.
- Lead and guide financial audits
- Work daily in Salesforce and Quickbooks
- Lead a boutique team of accounting professionals
Are We a Match? (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within a professional services, consulting, or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, Salesforce or related ERPs.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
- A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, business acumen, and integrity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
