About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Civil Engineer on behalf of our client, a growing and respected civil engineering firm specializing in land development across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This leadership role is perfect for a seasoned engineer with strong technical, project management, and client-facing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to guide a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex land/site development projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee technical design and quality control for grading, drainage, utilities, and public infrastructure.
• Navigate approval and permitting processes while building relationships with municipal agencies.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Present projects at public hearings and contribute to business development through proposals and client engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 7+ years of experience in land/site development projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with working knowledge of grading, drainage, street, and utility design
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of leading successful, multi-disciplinary projects
